I have just spoken with the here-to-fore unnamed brother of my previous
post. Said bro has dropped to his knees and begged for poker
forgiveness.
I, being the kind, warm, generous, friendly sole, eh...enough about me.
The point here is that I have bestowed PC (poker clemency) upon said
brother. The following deal has been carefully negotiated, under
oath....
1. Said brother will be allowed to miss the next game, that being
Tuesday Feb. 24, 6pm, Dave's house as he will be in someplace called
"New Jersey". (Please note, this now qualifies as an official OPA for
the rest of said brothers).
2. The brothers of said brother, especially one said brother in
particular, agree to cease and desist all future e-mail terror campaigns
related to this matter.
3. The previously terrorized brother agrees to attend, without waiver or
question, the yet to be scheduled March 1998 poker extravaganza.
4. The previously terrorized brother also agrees to attend, without
waiver or question, poker counseling by a qualified poker therapist
(PhD. or equivalent)
5. The remaining brothers agree to schedule said yet to be scheduled
March 1998 poker extravaganza for a Tuesday evening, either 3/24 or
3/31, location to be announced at a later time.
6. The previously troubled said brother agrees to repeat the following:
I, (name withheld), do solemnly swear to not stick it up my brothers
asses anymore. To show up on time. To bring plenty of fatty, cholesterol
laden, chocolate treats (Hostess Bakery if possible), to help clean up
the messes I make, and to lose my bankroll as often as possible.
All conditions accepted by the parties 2/16/98, 7:30pm EST.
I hereby declare, cease fire.
